Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and I am currently walking in right relationship with him. I am consistently attending a worship service at CCOJ. I will do my best to demonstrate a teachable heart, even as I teach others. I agree to champion unity in the church and will not teach, promote, or practice anything that I know goes against CCOJ's foundational values. I desire to represent Christ well in all my behavior, both public and private. I agree to communicate with my Community Group Leader or an Elder if I experience any struggle with may have an impact on the ministry. I welcome input and feedback as a member of this service team and as a member of the Body of Christ.
