Classroom supplies, including snacks and craft supplies, are not for use at personal events. Toys may be played with as long as they do not leave the classroom where they are kept and are put away after use.
At least one adult must be present in each area or classroom where children will be present.
Sound and AV equipment must be operated by an approved CCOJ sound technician. If you want to use this equipment at your event, you will be asked to pay a $30 fee to compensate the sound technician for his/her time.
I will report any damage to Christ's Church's facilities or equipment to the church office.
I will follow clean-up procedures in the rooms/areas where my event will take place.
If my event is happening outside regular office hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5), I will be responsible for obtaining a key and security code from a key holder. I will lock the building and set the alarm when I leave.
